OUR LATEST PROJECTS

OUR HYDRAULIC SERVICES

Internal Sewer/Water Main

We specialise in comprehensive internal sewer and water main hydraulic services, delivering expert installation and maintenance of vital infrastructure networks. We handle complex pipeline installations, upgrades, and connections to existing networks.

Private Underground Services

We provide specialised underground hydraulic services for private residences, managing all aspects of water and sewerage connections to government infrastructure. Our expert team handles installation of underground pipework, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements and seamless integration with municipal systems. We coordinate all necessary permits and inspections for compliant service connections.

How do you determine the cost of an underground service connection?

At Spencer Civil and Earthworks, we pride ourselves on our transparent and strategic approach to project pricing. When we evaluate potential jobs, we don't just look at the surface—we dig deep to understand the entire landscape of requirements.

Our pricing model takes into account a range of crucial factors. We consider the project's geographical challenges, from remote outback locations to urban construction sites. We assess the technical complexity, the specialised equipment needed, and the precise skills our team must bring to the table. Timelines, accessibility, and the unique nuances of each job are carefully weighed to ensure we provide a quote that's competitive and genuinely reflects the value we deliver.

We believe in giving our clients a straightforward, honest breakdown that balances cost-effectiveness with our commitment to top-tier engineering and construction solutions. Our approach means you get a quote that's as robust and well-engineered as the projects we undertake.

How do you ensure compliance with regulatory bodies when conducting hydraulic connections?

Spencer Civil & Earthworks are familiar with all council requirements for hydraulic connections. We strictly adhere to regulatory standards through comprehensive documentation, regular inspections, and certified testing procedures. Our team obtains all necessary permits and coordinates closely with council inspectors to ensure fully compliant installations.

How are underground utilities managed during a hydraulic connection project?

The first step is to identify the location of every service noted on a 'dial before you dig' report. We then vacuum excavate to service to ensure it is located where it should be. Once located and excavated, we affix a vertical conduit with all relevant details concerning that service recorded on the side of the pipe. The last step is to backfill the service. This process is completed for every underground service on the site. All steps may not be necessary depending on the situation for each private connection.
