How do you manage unexpected challenges during road construction, such as poor soil conditions?
We follow a strict process should unexpected issues arise. If the problem is serious enough that we cannot overcome it without intervention from site management, we will immediately stop work and contact the consultant engineers. The consultant engineers will provide a plan moving forward. Should the agreed solution significantly increase costs, we supply a contract variation.
